During a very cold spring day we were photographing the Bald Eagles along the Homer Spit in Alaska, USA. This eagle flew right past me while I was down on the beach.
This is an interesting shot - you can see the movement in the wings as they curl at the ends with the flapping motion, while the bird's body, head, and talons almost appear stationary.
